HEGEWISCH LITTLE LEAGUE 2012 REGISTRATION @ MANN PARK
An original Birth Certificate and 3 proofs of
residency are required for all new and returning
players.
Tuesdays and Thursdays - 5-6p.m. starting January
10th, 2012 thru March 13th, 2012
Saturdays - 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. starting January 14th
thru March 3rd, 2012
FEE-
Uniform: $25
Volunteer Fee: $50 that will be refunded upon
completion of volunteer requirements.
Raffle Tickets: $175 for the first child, $75 for the
second if you sign up before February 11, 2012

6. PA System/ Parts for a PA System
